All orders are per kilogram, except for perle specialities.

Quantity requirements depend upon the type of dragées, number of guests, and choice of presentation. However, as a rule of thumb, calculate 1 kilogram of dragées per 25 guests.

Terms & Conditions

Goods must be paid for in full for the order to be processed. Receipt of payment from the customer acts as confirmation of the order and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Once an order has been processed, goods are not exchangeable or refundable, except in the case of damage.

Should any goods be damaged during transit, we must be notified of this in writing with the damaged goods returned within 7 days of recorded receipt of delivery by the customer.

Goods lost in the return delivery are not refundable. For this reason we suggest a recorded delivery service is used.

Postage and Packaging

Our goods will be carefully packaged and sent by recorded post within the UK. The cost of this will be advised according to weight.
